There is some etymological debate about where Glasgow gets it’s name from, but either of the common definitions refer to Glasgow as ‘green’ – something the city continues to live up to today. There are more than 100 parks across the city – from huge expanses like Pollok Park and Linn Park to tiny slithers of green space like Bennan Square or Beardmore Park. As I run the streets round them I’m trying to tick off all the parks I’ve been to as well.
